Products we make
We develop and manufacture an exclusive range of surface- engineered products, embedded with our patent technologies that will extend component wear-life by 3 – 7 times.
- Reduced Wear and Downtime – Vacuum heat treatment is a protective procedure, so naturally it will prevent wear. It helps you by prolonging the effective life of your stainless steel machines, which provides two significant benefits. First, you won’t need to have technicians repair or replace parts as frequently, reducing your overhead expenses. Second, your machines will remain in operation without interruption for longer periods, maximising your production.
- Increased Performance – Even in situations where the wear is not immediate, extreme conditions can still reduce machine performance. Heat treatments can help stainless steel machines operate in punishing conditions at greater effectiveness and for longer times. Depending on your production conditions, we will select one of our expanding range of methods (including HVAF, arc, plasma, and vacuum furnace).
- Reduced Safety Risk and Environmental Impact – Our technology keeps your machines functioning at optimum efficiency and conditions, reducing the risk of malfunctions, which keeps your employees safe and your products coming out the way they should. Additionally, stainless steel heat treatments result in machines that work longer, and we can even reclaim and repurpose faulty components. Our work here can save tremendous amounts of energy (up to 29GJ per ton of steel), significantly reducing the carbon footprint of industrial operations.
